The Further Education Support Service provides support to QQI-registered Department of Education and Skills (DES) funded Providers. This support includes offering seminars and workshops from time to time. Booking for these events will generally by offered through this website.
By booking a place on this seminar you are confirming that you are employed/engaged by a DES-funded Provider. Non DES-funded Providers are not eligible to access this seminar.
By booking a place on this seminar you are confirming that you are the appropriate person that has been nominated/designated by your DES-funded Provider to attend this seminar.
If you book a place on this seminar it is expected that you attend as places are limited and non-attendance deprives another person of a place.
If you book a place and due to unforseen circumstances you cannot attend, please email email@example.com and ask that your booking be cancelled.
If you book a place and due to unforseen circumstances you cannot attend but a colleague can attend in your place, you can either email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the name change or your colleague can inform FESS personnel of the name change at registration on the day of the event.
On occasion, attendees will be required to print and bring with them certain information and documents to the seminar or workshop, if this is the case this will be notified to attendees via the email address submitted as part of the booking process.
There is no charge for attendance at our events.
Participants should make arrangements with their provider regarding substitution and travel & subsistence (T&S). FESS have no remit to pay for substitution or T&S.
