This online session comprises lecture style presentation & facilitation of small group work exploring relationships as agents of change, spectrum of empathy, relating online, positive & adverse childhood experiences and tips for the education workplace.
NOTE: These sessions will re-visit much of what has been covered by Caroline in her PD sessions for FESS, Autumn/ Winter 2022. However, those who have attended previously are welcome to attend as they may find that they are able to integrate the information on a deeper level if they attend again.
The target audience for this event is: FET Staff including teachers, tutors, trainers, co-ordinators and those working in leadership and management roles.
