This interactive two-hour online workshop introduces coaching as a valuable tool for leadership development, staff engagement, and professional growth in the FET sector. Aimed at middle leaders and aspiring senior leaders across diverse FET settings (including Further Education Colleges, Training Centres, VTOS, Youthreach, Prison Education, and Adult Education), the session explores what coaching is and how it can be embedded to support individuals and FET centres through ongoing change.
