The role of monitoring is to ensure the credibility of FETAC awards. This is achieved through FETAC monitoring the effectiveness of a Provider's quality assurance agreement thereby ensuring the integrity of FETAC awards.
Monitoring also allows for FETAC to identify areas of good practice and areas for improvement and allows FETAC to develop a plan that will ensure that monitoring is implemented in a systematic manner.
