Building Personal Resilience with Spark ... (Dublin)

Join us on this one day workshop where we will work with a seven key characteristics framework for building personal resilience.

Based on research carried out with the University of Westminster, London, Business Psychology MSc programme, we will explore managing change and transition and building and extending your own personal resilience, creating personal resilience blueprints.

The workshop will also introduce Lumina Spark Personality Profiling as the basis for understanding a bit more about who we are and what we bring.

The target audience for this workshop is FET staff working in coordination, management and leadership roles.

Facilitator: The day will be led by Gary Austin from circleindigo (www.circleindigo.com). Gary has been working with groups for nearly 30 years, he is a Certified Professional Facilitator | Master (CPF | M), a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster, London on the Business Psychology MSc programme where he delivers lectures on managing change and transition, building resilience and core facilitation skills and he is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
