Please note: this is a repeat of the PD event to be held on 10 April, this repeat was arranged due to that one being oversubscribed.
This workshop builds upon a previous session in Autumn 2024, where the TEL and QA support services in LCETB College of FET showcased how they came together to develop a coordinated strategic approach to the adoption and use of AI. In this workshop, we will take a closer, hands-on look at specific AI tools and how they can be applied to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment in practical ways. AI can streamline lesson planning, personalise learning experiences, and support ongoing assessment and we will demonstrate examples of how these tools can be integrated into classroom practices to improve learner engagement and outcomes. Along with practical applications, criticality will feature throughout our exploration of AI use.
